The next class we had was with this super fun couple from America. We had a great time at the Chiang Rai evening market trying local Northern sausage and banana wrapped sticky rice.
The name of this snack or "ka noam" is "khoa tom mud". It is sticky rice soaked in coconut milk with a small slice of banana wrapped in a banana leaf.
Simple, but so pretty and fun to unwrap and eat.
