Yes we have evening classes!
Available on Wednesdays and Sundays (or by special request). And what's great about an evening class is; we visit the market later in the day, then return to the Akha Kitchen and spend the afternoon preparing the curry paste and Akha appetizer.
Then by 5pm we are in the dining room, and you can enjoying the first course, Sapi Tong, with your favorite cold beverage.
And that's just the beginning... 4 more courses to go. Lots of food and great fun for an evening. Class finishes by 8pm.
