Guacamole day!

Here at our Chiang Rai markets we can find beautiful avocados.

We had such a fun class when one of our students showed us how to make guacamole from the beautiful avocados we buy. It was so fun to learn about this popular Western dish. And so delicious too! Jean-Michel thanks for coming and showing us how!
